The impact of exploitative and organizational learnings on SMEs’ performance: The role of environmental dynamism

Within these dynamics and disruptive eras, it is crucial for all kinds of organization to build ensure their competencies in increasing performance maintaining position, including SMEs. This study aims identify the role exploitative organizational learning influencing SMEs' performance. It also considers moderating environmental dynamism as conditional factor that underlies relationship. We carried out on 150 SMEs Jakarta, Indonesia, which was chosen using purposive sampling. The data collected by distributing an online questionnaire respondents, then processed analyzed Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS. results this indicate lead higher SME Furthermore, influence more potent when exist within a dynamic environment, they will feel necessity learn face challenges seize opportunities.
